Opportunity

We are looking to appoint an experienced Change Management Expert to join our team, who will make the collective effort of identifying an organizational change, come up with a plan of attack, and then implementing that plan step by step. By creating change management strategies, a Change Management Experts can either minimize losses or maximize long-term gains.

To be the perfect fit for DITAGIL as a Change Management Expert, you need to have a strong understanding of how to prepare, implement, and execute organizational change, and alsodevelop measurements of success, and take into account risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement a systematic approach to understanding the change needed and how to build a strategy to support that change

• Work with the current management teams—sales, executives, HR, etc.—to identify problem areas and possible solutions

• Communicate your plans to both senior leaders and company employees

• Provide training and support to all necessary teams

• Analyze risk factors and set up protocols to mitigate those risks

• Adapt to any unforeseen changes in the plan

• Track the project by setting up goals and progress metrics.

• Complete change management assessments

• Identify and manage anticipated resistance

• Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan

• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

• Integrate change management activities into a project plan

• Manage stakeholders and track and report issues

• Manage the change portfolio

About You

Our ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s in Business Administration, or another related engineering field (or has equivalent work experience)

• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics

• Problem-solving and root cause identification skills

• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle

• Change management certification or designation desired
